Will grew up in a real estate family and got his personal start in the business buying and renovating foreclosures in Western Pennsylvania before transitioning to the sales side of the business. His clear communication style, understanding of the market, and knowledge of construction are some of the many skills he brings to the table. Will continues to enjoy investing in properties, developing of new homes and creating great opportunities for his clients in the marketplace. Prior to beginning his real estate career in 2004, Will graduated from the College of William and Mary.He served as a youth minister for six years in Florida and Virginia and was the Executive Director of Summer’s Best Two Weeks in Pennsylvania (a sports and wilderness camp serving 3,000 kids each summer). In his spare time you can find Will coaching lacrosse or soccer, downhill skiing and spending time with his wonderful wife Allison and their five kids.
Andy brings a wealth of marketing and design skills to The Gaskins Team. Andy takes excellent care of clients with his extensive knowledge of DC property, contract negotiation skills, and sharp marketing and technical expertise. He graduated from California Polytechnic State University with a degree in Graphic Communications. He built and ran his own successful marketing design firm, studiobig for ten years before transitioning into real estate. During any rare moments of downtime you can probably find him at Peregrine Espresso sipping on a skim cappuccino, out for a run, or volunteering with Little Lights working with inner-city youth.
Julie joined the Gaskins Team in 2014 and specializes in advising and serving clients through the buying process. After graduating from The University of Alabama she was a top sales manager for a luxury hotel in DC, working with business executives negotiating contracts and providing phenomenal service. Julie is committed to making the buying process smooth and successful from the start. You can often find Julie walking her dog, Dixie, around Falls Church or having drinks with friends in DC.
Lacy is a Lookout Mountain, GA native who brings her southern hospitality to the job every day. She wears many hats helping sellers through the process of getting their house ready to go on the market. Lacy brings a high level of energy, service and detail to every listing. When she is not working Lacy spends time with her husband and five children managing sports, school and fun.
Having practiced real estate, Bonnie easily walks alongside buyers and sellers facilitating office details and coordination of real estate contracts. Her attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential to The Gaskins Team. Bonnie’s experience and consistency anchors the process of buying and selling making it fluid for buyers and sellers alike. When not in the office, Bonnie enjoys being with her family, working at her husband’s architecture firm, reading, and taking road trips.
Martha joined the team with a background in working as a Human Resource Professional at Fortune 500 firms. Her experience in management and consulting are used daily as she works with a high number of details and deadlines while keeping clients and partner businesses up to speed. Martha makes the foundation of the team strong as she makes processes run smoothly while focusing on client care and office management. Martha enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and travelling to new places.
