Julie joined The Gaskins Team in 2014 and specializes in guiding homebuyers throughout the complex real estate purchasing process in Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church, McLean and the broader Northern Virginia and DC Metro area. With her strong background in negotiation and client service—honed as a top sales manager for a luxury hotel in Washington, DC—Julie excels at helping clients find the perfect home while navigating ever-changing market conditions.

She’s a University of Alabama grad and now calls Arlington home with her husband Douglas. When she’s not working hard for her clients, you’ll often find Julie out walking her dog, Dixie, exploring Arlington’s neighborhoods or grabbing drinks with friends in DC.
